If you have been using this product, you may be experiencing unintended relief of inflammation and allergies due to these undeclared and unapproved ingredients. This may sound like a good thing (getting more for your money) but prescription drugs are always best when taken under the consultation and advisement of a physician. I believe, at the very least, that you should be informed when you are being drugged. Accidents happen though and therefore, as of November 14, 2014, Chaotic Labz in Atkins, Arkansas, is voluntarily conducting a nationwide recall of Mayhem dietary supplement capsules, Lot #CLM061114 with an expiration date of 06/2016. Mayhem’s intended use is as a bodybuilding supplement. FDA laboratory analysis found that Mayhem Dietary Supplement contains undeclared dexamethasone, a prescription corticosteroid commonly used to treat inflammatory conditions, and cyproheptadine, a prescription antihistamine used for seasonal allergy treatment, making this an unapproved drug. Please, read the official FDA announcement for important information on what to do if you have purchased this product and if you feel you may be experiencing adverse reactions as a result.
