I would recommend his services as a Health and Environment Consultant. Mr. Stoll did a walk through for our Head Start and Early Head Start Centers in Dickinson, North Dakota. Jeff was extremely accommodating and flexible in working with our centers’ budgets as well as days he would be available to visit our centers. Mr. Stoll was easy to work with and answered our questions readily, he took notes for research on subjects he was not familiar with and passed on his findings in a timely manner. He offered great advice and insight that we are currently incorporating before our Health and Safety Review. Mr. Stoll’s Health and Safety Improvement Plans were easy to read and interpret. He pulled in and cited the Standards and rationale for his findings. Jeff’s walk through has given our staff peace of mind; knowing that we have done everything we could to make sure we are following the Head Start Standards.
Jeff Stoll came to the assistance of Las Animas and Huerfano Counties at a time when our district health department was reaching a point of fiscal insolvency and both the director and finance manager has left their positions with the agency. Jeff provided extremely valuable technical assistance to the department by evaluating services, revenues and expenditures, requirements, contracts, regulations, and the abilities of staff to meet each of these. He worked closely with the staff, as well as the board of health and county commissioners, to actively and aggressively address the areas of concern and make recommendations for changes. As a result, the LAHCDHD is now on a path to fiscal health and better provision of services to the public. I am extremely grateful to Jeff for the service that he provided to Las Animas County.
Jeff Stoll provided outreach for Coloradans for Responsible Energy Development (CRED) to inform and educate local public health officials about the energy, economic and environmental benefits of safe and responsible oil and natural gas development, including fracking. He met with 48 officials representing 26 public health agencies throughout Colorado and prepared a training presentation based on input received. Jeff also represented CRED in several presentations, including the Colorado School of Public Health Oil and Gas Symposium.
